Our Primary Mission at Waldman Schantz Plastic Surgery Center is ensuring maximum safety and convenience for our patients. Our facility features an in office operating suite and a two bed recovery room. We have a private waiting rom for your comfort and that of your family. Patient confidentiality is extremely important to us, and, should you desire, we offer private access through a discrete rear entrance.

We are accredited by the AAAASF (American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities) which helps assure our maximum safety. In order to achieve this rigorous certification status, we designed the facility in compliance with virtually all of the standards that apply to in-patient facilities. Of course this includes all of the necessary emergency equipment and medicines and additionally all of our clinical staff are trained in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

We are located in the Samaritan Medical Complex wich is attached by an overhead pedway to Samaritan Hospital. A number of restaurants and hotels are within walking distance to our facility and we are directly adjacent to the beautiful University of Kentucky campus and downtown Lexington.
